INTRODUCTION

The Devonshire Clinic is a private dermatology clinic in central London. Their expert Consultant Dermatologists offer specialised treatments and solutions for skin cancer, medical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology.

DISCOVERY

The Devonshire Clinic enjoyed a healthy referral business from GPs, oncologists and other clinicians. However, due to a rise in aggressive online marketing from other clinics in the Harley Street area, The Devonshire Clinic sought Crisp Digital’s services. The aim was to achieve a strong, sophisticated and authoritative digital presence, without compromising its clinical reputation and patient-focused approach.

OUTCOMES

In line with their brief, Crisp rolled out Google Ads (PPC), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and social media campaigns to strengthen their online presence. Consistent social media activity has been crucial for demonstrating ‘proof of life’ and supporting brand awareness, with reach on Facebook in particular increasing by 175%. Our SEO efforts saw many great successes, including 12 new appearances on page one of Google searches. Eight of these new page one rankings reached the top three positions for that search, and organic clicks increased by a total of 213%. Through Google Ads, we increased clicks by nearly 18% and simultaneously worked to reduce the cost per click by 26.7%.
