INTRODUCTION
Oxygen are a successful local hair and beauty salon, who use their website as a brochure to display their services, take online bookings and promote products from their shop. Their website had become outdated and was insufficient. A fresh, new site was required, which reflected the high-quality of the salon and it’s customer experience.
TEMPLATE SITE
Crisp worked alongside the Oxygen team to create a template WordPress website. A Divi Layout was selected as the template, as it allowed for a professional look, whilst giving the Oxygen team the flexibility to change the website content as needed. Once the template was selected, Oxygen was able to choose which elements of the template they preferred for each piece of content, with the help of the Crisp team. The site was linked to their existing booking system to drive public attention and user behaviour to the new system.
OUTCOMES
Oxygen has a brand-new website with a refreshed look and feel, whilst keeping aligned with their brand. The content has been completely updated by the Oxygen team and the website continues to be developed by Oxygen, adding new pages and sections as the product and service line grows. The Divi template contains modules designed specifically for the Oxygen team to use as they add to their website. Crisp continues to host and maintain the website, helping the team with new marketing development as and when required.
