With suppliers of print all over the globe, Vodafone needed a way of distributing their marketing content in a secure and access-controlled way. We built a system that could store, sort and distribute all the work that Vodafone’s marketing team and agency partners produces (digital campaigns, POS activity, OOH, video etc) across the world in quick and seamless way. The platform has enabled Vodafone to save money as marketing materials are now no longer being duplicated in local markets, but also ensured brand consistency across the world, both instore and online.
Our brief was to create a way of distributing their marketing content in a secure and access-controlled way to ensure global brand consistency.
A digital asset management system was created to help share content and digital assets. This was done by integrating a custom build CSM into Vodafone’s existing infostructure. We engaged multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the content management system meets the needs of a diverse audience, all with different needs.
