Why You Should Update Your Marketing Campaigns For Spring

Now that spring is finally here, businesses might be tempted to update their marketing campaigns, as shopping habits among consumers seem to change once the sunshine makes an appearance. 

Firstly, this is the best time to advertise any new products or showcase your best deals, as shoppers are likely to hit the high street hard over the upcoming bank holiday weekends. 

What’s more, bars, restaurants and cafes should start creating their Coronation campaigns, as this is a great opportunity to incentivise more people to eat or drink at their establishment over the next few months. They could offer special deals or royal-themed goodies to celebrate King Charles III coming to the throne. 

Stores that sell decorations, food and party supplies should definitely think carefully about what they can offer over the Coronation bank holiday weekend, as buyers are likely to be out in full force, stocking up on balloons, bunting and booze to celebrate with friends and family. 

Of course, the next few weeks are also ideal for selling any spring and summer goods, from BBQs to gardening equipment, so capitalise on the change of season and update your social, print and online marketing accordingly. 

This can be done in relatively simple ways, such as adding brighter colours to imagery. Alternatively, you could go all out to advertise forthcoming events, such as the Coronation, or Wimbledon and Father’s Day as part of your new digital strategy in Marlow.
