Competing with big players seemed like a challenge for the Lennons Solicitors team. As a growing firm, Lennons Solicitors wished to maintain their local and personal touch with their customers, whilst also looking to generate more leads and access a larger market by utilising search marketing.

Lennons Solicitors wanted to improve their digital marketing presence to compete with national firms. Initial discussions uncovered the nervousness around search marketing due to a negative experience with another agency. Crisp Digital invested their time to understand the branding established by a previous agency and created a website which reflected their brand values, whilst being visually modern and not “run of the mill”. Once the website was created an SEO strategy and Google Adwords campaign was put in place, and the outcome saw Lennons Solicitors found their website soaring up the rankings for a range of search terms. Crisp Digital reviewed the number of leads generated quarterly, and to date, we have seen quarter-on-quarter growth in terms of their lead numbers and this is positively impacting on their bottom line.
