Crisp Digital enhanced the current WooCommerce site, working reactively to the needs of the EverTrek team. The WordPress website now allows the EverTrek team to change trip dates, create orders for customers over the phone, automatically send marketing automations to customers based on trips purchased, and view customer travel documents on an EverTrek branded cloud. Customers can log into their EverTrekker Area to purchase trip add-ons and excursions, buy merchandise, upload their flight, travel documents and much more.
