Brand Asset Management System

INTRODUCTION

With suppliers of print all over the globe, this client needed to develop a way of distributing their marketing content in a secure and accessible way. As an international corporation whose business includes new technological developments and well-established products stocked in many high street stores, vodafone needed a way of distributing and storing their marketing collateral for each product, in a secure and access-controlled manner.

DISCOVERY

A bespoke system was needed in which the client could store marketing materials such as graphics, posters, point-of-sale stands, videos and much more, in an accessible format for users across the globe. During our discovery calls we took the needs of the platform further, understanding that the web users should be able to access the system from a mobile or tablet device, upload their own marketing collateral and submit these for approval to the system administrators.

OUTCOME

Crisp Digital built a custom CMS using Laravel and MySQL to store, collate and distribute all the branding assets which the clients marketing team and agency partners produced (i.e. digital campaigns, POS activity, OOH, video etc.) across the world in a quick and seamless way. The digital brand asset management system has enabled the client to save money as marketing materials are no longer being duplicated in local markets, whilst ensuring brand consistency across the world, both in-store and online.
